My GPE applications (and related work)

For the GPE project I mainly work on gpe-mini-browser, gpe-helpviewer and gpe-timesheet. All this stuff can be found in the GPe cvs.

I also stripped down gtkhtml to reduce the size and the dependencies of this library for a previous version of gpe-helpviewer and left this here in the hope it might be of some use to somebody.
